30 June 2020
We look forward to welcoming you back!
We are pleased to be opening our gates again on Saturday 4th July 2020.
Initially, this will be for caravans and motorhomes only using their own facilities. For the safety of our staff and guests, our on-site showers and toilets will remain closed as it’s not possible to be compliant with the governments COVID-19 guidance at this time.
Should circumstances change and we're able to offer bookings for tents, tipi and camping pod hire we will announce it on our website.
Arriving on site
You will notice a few changes at the site. There will be a hand sanitiser at the front gate for you to use before opening the gate. There is also a sanitiser on the other side of the gate to use when exiting the site.
Your booking confirmation will have your pitch number on it. On arrival, you should go directly to your pitch and set up. The picnic benches on each pitch along with the electric hook up will have been sanitised prior to your arrival. Our pitches are well spaced so we already have good social distancing in place.
Toilets and Showers
Our other facilities such as water points, washing up area, chemical / waste disposal will all be equipped with hand sanitisers and should be used by one person at any one time. If the facility is occupied, you will be required to queue observing the appropriate social distancing requirements. Instructions at each area will be clearly marked.
There will be new signage across the campsite detailing all new protocols and requirements following the Governments Cover-19 guidance.
The ride on cars and balance bikes sadly won't be available for the children this year. Please make sure your children don't wander off on their own and stay within the parameters of your pitch. Children must not go to any other area unless supervised by an adult.
If you are unwell while staying at the campsite
We really hope this doesn't happen but if you’re staying on-site and feel unwell and/or are showing any of the symptoms associated with Coronavirus, please follow the guidance below.

What you can do to help us and your fellow holiday makers
If we respect each other and the guidance provided by the Government we can all stay safe and well. Please read the following points:
Use your own facilities
Please be considerate to others while accessing communal facilities minimising your time at them
Avoid taking shortcuts across pitches
Always follow the current government guidance on-site and in the local area.
Respect social distancing.
Limited social gatherings to a maximum of 6 people outside.
Regularly wash your hands for 20 seconds.
If there is anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to ask.

20th March 2020
Paultons Campsite is committed to keeping our guests and staff safe, informed and supported.
For now, our campsite will be opening as planned on 1st April 2020 and will remain open until such time that we are instructed by the Government not to do so. We will of course keep you updated at all times.
Above all we want you to enjoy your holiday and time spent with us. Following the announcement on Monday 16th March, we're responding to the latest Government guidance with immediate effect.
To give our guests the most flexibility, we are allowing customers to amend their bookings to dates any time between now and the end of October 2020 (subject to availability).
If you are unable or do not want to visit Paultons Campsite prior to that date, we will be happy to offer you the opportunity to roll over your booking to the 2021 season. If, however, you cancel your booking the standard cancellation policy applies.
It's really important to us that if our guests have taken the decision to stay with us that they feel comfortable on site.
We all have to take sensible precautions following the latest Government health and travel advice. We are proud of the cleanliness of our campsite and have taken on additional cleaning protocols. We would ask that if you are on our campsite, you follow the latest advice on hygiene and hand washing, and self-isolation at home for 14 days if you, or any of your party are displaying any symptoms. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns or questions
